More about Andrew

As you now know, I am a Melbourne based photographer specialising in Airbnb and architectural photography. Since 2013, I’ve worked with short stay hosts, co-hosts and property managers to create high quality imagery that helps listings stand out, get noticed and book faster. As a registered Airbnb photographer, I’ve been trained using their official style guide, giving me a clear understanding of how to shoot with both visual appeal and algorithmic performance in mind.

Over the years, I’ve photographed more than two thousand properties across Melbourne, from compact studios to large scale homes. My approach is calm, considered and always tailored to the space. I focus on clean composition, natural light and detail, creating images that show off a property’s strengths while helping potential guests picture themselves there.

Alongside my work in short stay and architecture, I also maintain a photographic art practice. This is where my journey with the camera began. I studied at RMIT, completing a two year Diploma of Photo Imaging, and later worked as a digital retoucher for commercial photographers and artists. My own work has been exhibited internationally, represented by licensing agencies and can be viewed at my photographic art site (coming soon!)

Whether I’m shooting for a first time host or a seasoned property manager, my goal is the same; create thoughtful, effective images that support your business and represent your space at its best. I enjoy building ongoing relationships with the people I work with, getting to know their brand, their properties and the story they want to tell.

Above all else, this is my career of choice and I really enjoy what I do.
